We ship Australia Post with tracking. If you wish to have us ship your item to you using a different method, please contact us before making your purchase for an updated shipping quote.
The buyer is responsible for all duties & taxes. We will not mark any item as a gift.
American Rag is not responsible for lost, late or damaged packages. If you would like to add insurance or signature on delivery to your parcel, please contact us before making your purchase for a quote.
All items sold by American Rag and Ragster.Vintage are second hand. All Items are purchased "as is". Please choose carefully as your purchase is a final sale.

All sales from American Rag are FINAL. Please be sure to check measurements in the listing if you are unsure of the size as returns because of fit are not accepted. Measurements are taken laying flat and should be doubled when appropriate.
All items are second hand and will display some degree of wear. Only major damages or defects are listed in the product description. Defects and/or damage to an item will be noted in the listing so please read carefully before making a purchase. Keep in mind that color can vary from computer to computer when making a purchase.
If you receive your item and feel that our description grossly misrepresented the item please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking and will receive store credit for their item, not including shipping. Items must arrive in the condition they were sent and must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt.
